With it all I live by a few simple beliefs: If you do the work, you will be rewarded. It’s simple physics. Life is a contact sport; messy and glorious. You should never go anywhere without a good book. Ice-cream can make nearly everything and anything better. And at least once a week you need to laugh so hard your belly hurts, your eyes water, your knees buckle, and you nearly pee your pants. After all, life is for the living.
